Meetings are held periodically,
at Spencer School Community Centre, 7035 Country Lane, Brooklin, ON
at Royal Canadian Legion #152, 56 Baldwin St, Brooklin, Ontario, Canada.
The executive meet together to vote in the positions for each elected member. They are as follows,

Gary Young, Vice President
Brian Wick, Secretary/Treasurer
Claudio Abreau, Chairman
These positions will be held for one or two years from September 2024 to the next annual AGM in September 2026.
